Residential recurring House Cleaning charged by the hour.


Most houses can be cleaned in an average of 5 - 7 hours depending on a few factors including:

- size of property.

- Full property or partial cleaning.

- How often we visit the property.

- If we use your products or ours.

- Some other very rare factors.
 

Why we don't quote over the phone:
 


In order to provide you with an estimate cost for service, we must do and in person walk of your property which only takes us on average 10-15 minutes, here we listen to your specific requests and concerns and we provide your then with an accurate time and total cost per visit to service your property whether you chose your visit to be weekly, bi- weekly, monthly, one time cleaning or occasional as needed.

Why Initial deep cleanings is almost always required to start?
 


When a property has not been professionally cleaned for some time, most times houses will require longer time to get it up to our standards and and then just kept or maintain by our staff after that.

Real Estate & Rentals.
 


Realtors get top priority in our calendar for we understand timing is crucial for cleaned properties to go on the market asap. As we also service Dozens of rentals, Vrbo's, Airbnb among many other types of rentals as frequently as needed.

 

Cleaning based on a budget/
by set amout of hours only.
 


We totally understand some families may be on a budget sometimes and we provide our "By Hour" option where you tell us what you can afford
and we tell you how much can we get done within your budget.
 

1. If you ask us, we do bring everything needed to do our work, including tools, cleaning       Products (which are nor corrosive or necessarily Toxic to pets.)

2. Most of our cleaning Products we put together and mix ourselves, what we are saying is most of the products we use to clean your home are not products that we buy in stores, we care to achieve the best cleaning possible each time without  harming your property while using our products and most of these do not necessarily contain dangerous harmful or toxic ingredients in them.

3. the only way we can guarantee a quality cleaning is when we use our own products, we've tested them and we know they'll get the job done.

4. If you know you have a specific allergy to any cleaning product, we'd like to hear about it., and even though we do have the option of using your products in case of any allergies we must say most of this products may compromise cleaning quality at the end due to them being very weak on the grade of cleaning agents in them, therefor this will also affect the time we spent cleaning your property which may also increase the cost per cleaning if you prefer we use your own cleaning products.

5. Yes it may cost a bit more if we service your property on a monthly basis versus Bi-weekly, or weekly.
Just about every area of a house gets used every day and therefore it gets dusty and dirty, the longer it takes for us to return for cleaning the dirtier it will be. If you ask us, Weekly and bi-weekly options are the most popular.

6. Skipping more than one scheduled cleaning visit from time to time when being a recurring client is totally understandable and totally ok. skipping two or more schedules cleaning visits in a row or too frequently may generate an additional cleaning charge due to more time needed to get the property caught up for the days it was not serviced.

Yes, we do offer most janitorial cleanings with the exception of some very few services which include floors coding and waxing as well as high window cleaning and professional exterior windows cleaning.
